摘  要:螺旋桨数值预报随着水下航行器的高速发展有了更高的精度需求,因此采用双向耦合方法计算螺旋桨激振力和噪声特性也倍受关注。本文采用计算流体力学和结构有限元搭建弹性螺旋桨双向流固耦合计算模型,对INSEAN E1619螺旋桨模型进行敞水双向流固耦合计算,将螺旋桨激振力、螺旋桨低频噪声两者联系起来,对比分析弹性螺旋桨和刚性螺旋桨的激振力和流噪声特性。刚性和弹性工况对比结果表明:螺旋桨的弹性对其激振力和噪声频域特性有着明显影响,弹性螺旋桨的低频模态特征更为显著。不同半径区域的独立分析结果表明:螺旋桨特征主要由中半径范围主导,弹性对不同半径范围的激振力和噪声特性影响规律不同的,但普遍表现出明显的低频模态特征。The rapid development of underwater vehicles has increased the required numerical prediction accuracy for propellers.Increasing attention has been paid to the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulation in the calculation of propeller excitation force and noise.In this study,computational fluid dynamics CFD and finite element method FEM software are used to calculate the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulation of the open-water INSEAN E1619 elastic propeller.The aim is to compare the excitation force and flow noise characteristics of the elastic propeller and the rigid propeller by relating the vibration force and low-frequency noise of the propeller.The comparison between the rigid propeller and elastic propeller shows that the elasticity obviously influences the excitation force and noise frequency characteristics of the propeller.Moreover,the low-frequency mode characteristics of the elastic propeller are more pronounced.The analysis results of propeller regions with different radii show that the propeller characteristics are mainly dominated by the middle radius range.Furthermore,the influence of elasticity on the excitation force and noise characteristics differs across varying radius ranges,but it generally shows more obvious low-frequency mode characteristics.With the rapid development of underwater vehicle,the numerical model accuracy of propeller is required to be higher.More and more attention has been paid to the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulation in the calculation of propeller excitation force and noise.In this paper,CFD software and FEM software are used to calculate the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulation of the open-water INSEAN E1619 elastic propeller in order to compare the excitation force and flow noise characteristics of the elastic propeller and the rigid propeller.The comparison of the rigid and elastic propeller shows that the elasticity has obvious influence on its excitation force and noise characteristics,and the low frequency mode characteristics of the
