网络外卖食品监管机制存在的问题与对策探究

摘　　要：为健全网络外卖食品的监管机制,本文阐述了健全网络外卖食品监管机制的意义,分析了当前监管体系中存在的部门职权交叉且信息共享不畅、平台责任落实不到位、监管手段落后及执法力度不足等问题,提出通过明确各部门职责、引入数字化技术、加强平台监督与资质考核和强化执法监督与问责机制的措施,以期提升监管效能,确保网络外卖食品的安全与质量,推动行业的可持续发展。In order to improve the regulatory mechanism for online food delivery,this article elaborates on the significance of establishing a sound regulatory mechanism for online food delivery.It analyzes the problems of cross departmental powers and poor information sharing,inadequate implementation of platform responsibilities,outdated regulatory measures,and insufficient law enforcement in the current regulatory system.Measures are proposed to clarify the responsibilities of each department,introduce digital technology,strengthen platform supervision and qualification assessment,and enhance law enforcement supervision and accountability mechanisms,in order to improve regulatory efficiency,ensure the safety and quality of online food delivery,and promote sustainable development of the industry.
