江油市2023—2024年碘缺乏病监测分析

摘  要:目的:分析江油市2023—2024年重点人群尿碘、盐碘水平以及甲状腺肿大率情况,掌握人群的碘营养状况及病情的消长趋势,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法:全市划分为5个抽样片区,随机选取400名学生和200名孕妇作为样本。通过收集尿样和盐样,以及采用B超法测量学生的甲状腺容积,计算甲状腺肿大率,进行全面的数据分析。结果:2023—2024年,碘盐覆盖率为99.8%,碘盐合格率为96.2%,合格碘盐食用率为96.0%;8~10岁儿童的尿碘中位数为212.5μg·L^(-1),孕妇的尿碘中位数为174.6μg·L^(-1)。结论:江油市合格碘盐食用率较高,但有下降趋势,江油市应加强对重点人群的健康教育,特别是孕妇的补碘工作,以确保人群的碘营养状况保持在适宜水平,并适时调整干预策略,保障公众健康。Objective:To observe the urinary iodine,salt iodine levels,and thyroid enlargement rates among key populations in Jiangyou city from 2023 to 2024,and to grasp the iodine nutrition status and trends in the population’s condition,providing a basis for timely targeted prevention measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Method:The city was divided into 5 sampling areas,and 400 students and 200 pregnant women were randomly selected as samples.Comprehensive data analysis was conducted through urine and salt sample collection,as well as thyroid volume measurement using B-ultrasound for students to calculate the thyroid enlargement rate.Result:From 2023 to 2024,the coverage rate of iodized salt will be 99.8%,the qualified rate of iodized salt will be 96.2%,and the qualified rate of iodized salt consumption will be 96.0%.The median urinary iodine levels for children aged from 8 to 10 were 212.5μg·L^(-1),and the median urinary iodine levels for pregnant women were 174.6μg·L^(-1).Conclusion:Jiangyou city has a high consumption rate of iodized salt,but it shows a declining trend.Health education for key populations,especially pregnant women,should be strengthened to ensure adequate iodine nutrition status in the population.Intervention strategies should be adjusted timely to safeguard public health.
