国标滤膜法检验桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的关键控制点及预防措施研究

摘　　要：国标滤膜法是指《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB8538—2022)中提出的饮用天然矿泉水中铜绿假单胞菌的检验方法。该方法具有操作简便、结果可靠等特点,被广泛应用于各类水的铜绿假单胞菌检验。本文分析国标滤膜法检验桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的关键控制点,并提出有效的预防措施,以显著降低桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染风险,保障人们的饮水安全。The national standard filtration method refers to the test method for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking natural mineral water proposed in GB 8538—2022.The method has the characteristics of simple operation and reliable results,and has been widely used in the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in all kinds of water.This paper analyzes the key control points of the national standard filtration method for detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water,and puts forward effective preventive measures to significantly reduce the risk of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in barreled drinking water and ensure people’s drinking water safety.
