摘 要:通过问卷调查与实地走访发现,地方本科高校绘画专业教学存在课程衔接不畅、教师教学能力参差不齐以及面临信息技术挑战等问题。导师制具有促进知识掌握、转变教学氛围、培养艺术个性和塑造积极性格等优势,从优化课程设置、完善导师选配和完善评价机制等方面提出导师制构建策略,为地方本科高校绘画专业导师制教学模式的完善与推广提供参考。Through questionnaire surveys and visits,it has been found that there exist problems in the teaching of painting in local undergraduate universities such as poor curriculum cohesion,uneven teaching abilities among teachers,and challenges posed by information technology.The tutorial system has such advantages as facilitating knowledge acquisition,transforming the teaching atmosphere,cultivating artistic individuality,and shaping positive personality traits.The paper proposes strategies for the construction of the tutorial system from aspects including optimizing curriculum design,improving mentor selection and allocation,and refining evaluation mechanisms,providing reference for the improvement and promotion of the tutorial system teaching mode in the painting specialty in local undergraduate universities.
