师范院校辅导员助推乡村定向师范生乡土情怀培育探析——以安徽F高校为例

摘  要:乡村定向师范生乡土情怀培育是影响乡村定向师范生扎根乡村并服务乡村教育的重要因素。高校辅导员应充分发挥思政育人功能,引领乡村定向师范生积极主动投身乡村教育实践。安徽F高校通过构建思政引领定信念、名师引领定方向、薪火相传定梦想与服务乡村定情怀“四位一体”辅导员思政育人模式,增强乡村定向师范生乡村从教意愿,助力乡村教育振兴。The cultivation of rural-oriented normal university students’local educational sentiment is an important factor related to whether these students can take root in rural areas and serve rural education.As the backbone force in carrying out ideological and political education among college students,college counselors should fully exert the function of ideological and political education to lead rural-oriented normal university students to actively participate in rural education practices.Taking F University in Anhui as an example,the paper establishes a four-in-one ideological and political education model for counselors,aiming to strengthen the willingness of normal university students to teach in rural areas and enhance their sense of identity and responsibility towards rural teachers,thereby contributing to the revitalization of rural education.
