企业家冒险倾向、专精特新企业持续创新与企业绩效--一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：在逆全球化情境下,推动中小企业专精特新发展,有助于我国突破技术瓶颈。基于高阶理论和企业创新理论,以国家级专精特新小巨人上市公司为研究对象,实证检验了企业家冒险倾向对专精特新小巨人企业绩效的影响机制及作用路径。研究发现,企业家冒险倾向越强,专精特新小巨人企业绩效水平越高,且这种正向促进作用在企业高风险承担水平及行业竞争激烈时较为明显;同时,企业家冒险倾向会通过激发企业持续创新来提升企业绩效水平,且改善营商环境会强化持续创新的中介作用。研究结论丰富了企业家特质研究的情境机制,并对我国引导中小企业走“专精特新”发展道路、夯实制造业发展基础及推动经济高质量发展具有指导意义。In the context of anti-globalization,promoting the specialized and sophisticated development of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)can help China break through technical bottlenecks.Based on the upper echelons theory and enterprise innovation theory,this paper takes the listed national specialized and sophisticated"little giant"enterprises as the research object,and empirically tests the impact mechanism and action path of entrepreneurs'risk-taking propensity on the performance of specialized and sophisticated"little giant"enterprises.It found that the stronger the entrepreneurs'risk-taking propensity,the higher the performance level of specialized and sophisticated"little giant"enterprises.This positive promoting effect is more obvious when enterprises have a high level of risk tolerance or when they are in highly competitive industries.At the same time,entrepreneurs'risk-taking propensity can improve the enterprise performance level by stimulating continuous innovation,and improving the business environment will strengthen the mediating role of continuous innovation.The research conclusions enrich the situational mechanism of the research on entrepreneurial traits and have guiding significance for China to guide SMEs to follow the path of"specialized and sophisticated"development,consolidate the foundation of the manufacturing industry,and promote high-quality economic development.
