摘　　要：雷公藤具有祛风湿、活血通络、消肿止痛、杀虫解毒的功效,临床主要用于治疗各种肾病和风湿病。现代研究发现,雷公藤有诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,阻滞细胞周期,抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭、迁移及新血管生成等抗肿瘤作用。消化系统恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的高发恶性肿瘤,发病率居于前列,预后相对较差。雷公藤在消化系统肿瘤中的潜在应用价值为其开辟新道路,本文针对雷公藤抗消化系统肿瘤作用的研究进行综述。Tripterygium wilfordii has the effect of dispelling wind-dampness,promoting blood circulation,relieving swelling and pain,killing insects and detoxifying.It is mainly used to treat various nephropathy and rheumatism in clinic.Modern studies found that Tripterygium wilfordii has anti-tumor effects such as inducing tumor cell apoptosis,blocking cell cycle,inhibiting tumor cell invasion,migration,and the formation of new blood vessels.Malignant tumor of digestive system is a high incidence of malignant tumor that seriously threatens human health all over the world,not only has the highest incidence rate,but also has a relatively poor prognosis.The potential application value of Tripterygium wilfordii in digestive system tumor opens up a new way for it.This article reviews research on anti-digestive system tumor effect of Tripterygium wilfordii.
