摘 要:目的 探讨虚拟仿真技术在外科学实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年4月至6月兰州大学临床医学专业2020级五年制本科生90名为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45名。虚拟仿真教学组采用头戴式虚拟仿真设备及虚拟教学电脑图像动画教学模式,传统教学组采用常规教师示范讲解教学模式。比较两组基础理论和外科基本操作技能考试成绩;比较两组教学模式项目评分及教学满意度。评价虚拟仿真教学组对虚拟仿真的体验。结果 虚拟仿真教学组基础理论和外科基本操作技能考试成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虚拟仿真教学组学习兴趣、教学效果、临床思维提升评分及教学满意度均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。75.56%的学生认为虚拟仿真平台交互性好,64.44%的学生认为虚拟画面仿真性高,77.78%的学生认为虚拟设备易操作,42.22%的学生认为虚拟设备舒适性好。结论 虚拟仿真技术可有效解决传统教学中资源有限、风险高及学生实践机会少的问题,提升医学生的外科学实践能力,培养学习兴趣,提高教学效果,积极响应医学教育改革,积极探索新的教学方式。Objective To explore application effect of virtual reality technology in surgical practice teaching.Methods A total of 90 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from Lanzhou University in the five-year program of 2020 from April to June 2024 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into the two groups by random number table method,with 45 students in each group.The virtual reality teaching group adopted head mounted virtual reality device and virtual teaching computer image animation teaching model,the traditional teaching group adopted conventional teacher demonstration and explanation teaching model.The scores of basic theory and surgical basic operation skills exams between the two groups were compared.Teaching model project scores and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared.The experience of virtual reality teaching group on virtual reality was evaluated.Results The scores of basic theory and surgical basic operation skills exams in the virtual reality teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Learning interest,teaching effect,clinical thinking improvement scores,and teaching satisfaction in the virtual reality teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).75.56%of students believed that virtual reality platforms had good interactivity,64.44%of students believed that virtual images had high simulation performance,77.78%of students believed that virtual devices were easy to operate,and 42.22%of students believed that virtual devices had good comfort.Conclusion Virtual reality technology can effectively solve problems of limited resources,high risks,and limited practical opportunities for students in traditional teaching,enhance surgical practice ability of medical students,cultivate learning interest,improve teaching effect,and actively respond to medical education reform by exploring new teaching metho
