基于CiteSpace的中医内科学教学改革研究热点提炼与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医内科学教学改革的研究现状、最新热点与前沿趋势。方法 检索2000年1月至2024年3月中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网中涉及中医内科学教学改革相关的文献,通过提取并预处理文献的发表时间、期刊、作者名、机构、关键词等信息。采用Excel 2021进行统计整理,采用CiteSpace 6.3.1对作者、机构、关键词进行共现分析,并对关键词进行聚类和突现分析。结果 共纳入801篇文献,其中《中国中医药现代远程教育》为发文量最高的期刊;孙慧怡为发文最多的作者,河南中医药大学为发文最多的机构;中医内科学、教学改革、教学方法等为高频关键词。关键词聚类分析主要集中在教学、基于案例学习教学法、教学方法等方面,而突现分析以翻转课堂、课堂教学、课程思政、线上教学等程度较高。结论 教学方法、课程思政、中医临床思维、临床教学、线上教学是目前中医内科学教学改革研究的热点和趋势所在,需继续加大研究力度,以推动教学质量持续提升。Objective To explore research status,latest hotspot,and frontier trend of teaching reform in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.Methods Literatures related to teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data,and VIP database from January 2000 to March 2024 were retrieved.Publication time,journal,author name,institution,keywords and other information of literature were extracted and preprocessed.Excel 2021 was used for statistics and organization.Author,institution,and keywords were analyzed for co-occurrence,and keywords were analyzed for clustering and emergence by using CiteSpace 6.3.1.Results A total of 801 articles were included,Modern Distance Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China was the journal with the highest publication volume;Sun Huiyi was the author with the most publications,and Henan University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most publications;traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,teaching reform,teaching methods,etc.were high-frequency keywords.Keyword clustering analysis mainly focused on teaching,case-based learning teaching method,teaching methods,etc.,while emergence analysis had higher degree of flipped classroom,classroom teaching,course ideological and political education,online teaching,etc.Conclusion Teaching methods,course ideological and political education,clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine,clinical teaching,and online teaching are currently research hotspot and trends of tea-ching reform in traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.It is necessary to continue to strengthen research efforts,promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
