摘 要:目的分析思维导图与问题驱动教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合应用于骨外科临床实习带教中的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月在大连医科大学附属第二医院骨外科实习的60名实习生为研究对象,根据带教模式的不同分为两组,各30名。对照组给予传统带教,观察组给予思维导图与PBL两种教学方法联合,对比两组出科成绩、带教满意度、综合能力评分。结果观察组专业理论成绩为(93.65±1.05)分和专业操作成绩为(94.05±1.65)分,均高于对照组的(88.06±2.13)分、(89.05±1.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.893、11.808,P均<0.05)。观察组的带教满意度为100.00%(30/30)高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。观察组综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论思维导图与PBL两种教学方法联合应用在骨外科临床实习带教中效果较好,可以提高带教效果和满意度。Objective To analyze the role of mind mapping combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical practice teaching of orthopedic surgery.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,sixty interns in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into two groups,thirty in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching,and the observation group was given the combination of mind mapping and PBL teaching methods.The scores of the two groups,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive ability were compared.Re⁃sults In the observation group,the score of professional theory was 93.65±1.05,and the score of professional operation was 94.05±1.65,which were higher than those of the control group(88.06±2.13,89.05±1.63),the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(t=12.893,11.808,both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(30/30)higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif⁃ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind mapping and PBL teaching methods has a good effect in the clinical practice teaching of orthopedic surgery,which can improve the teaching ef⁃fect and satisfaction.
