疾控中心微生物检验中持续质量改进管理的实施效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究在疾控中心微生物检验中应用持续质量改进管理方式的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月广州市从化区疾病预防控制中心6名检验工作人员,管理前实施常规管理(2023年1—6月),管理后实施持续质量改进管理(2023年7—12月),各抽取300份检测样本。比较管理前后工作质量评分、检测准确率、安全事件发生情况。结果管理后各项工作质量评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后食品、饮用水卫生检测,流感、诺如、登革热疫情应急检测准确率均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理前共出现14件安全卫生事件,管理后出现5件安全卫生事件。结论将持续质量改进管理模式应用于疾控中心微生物检验中,可有效提高检验工作整体工作质量,同时提高样本检测准确率及减少检测安全事件发生。Objective To study the effect of continuous quality improvement management intervention in the microbial inspection of CDC.Methods From January to December 2023,six inspection staff of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Conghua District of Guangzhou were selected.Routine management(from January to June 2023)was carried out before managrtment,continuous quality improvement management(from July to December 2023)was carried out after managrtment,and 300 test samples were taken each.The work quality score,detection accuracy rate and occurrence of safety incident were compared before and after management.Results After management,the work quality score was higher than that before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After management,the accuracy of food and drinking water hygiene detection,influenza,norovirus and dengue fever emergency detection was higher than that before management,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Fourteen safety and health incidents occurred before the management,and five safety and health incidents occurred after the management.Conclusion Applying the continuous quality improvement management model to the microbial inspection of CDC can effectively improve the overall quality of the inspection work,improve the accuracy of sample detection and reduce the occurrence of detection safety events.
