血液透析护士职业暴露防护行为及相关管理策略研究

摘　　要：目的评估护士职业暴露防护行为专项管理在血液透析室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院的19名血液透析护士作为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施传统模式管理,2023年7—12月实施职业暴露防护行为专项管理,对比管理措施应用前后其职业暴露情况、防护行为。结果管理后的事故性危害评分为(5.23±1.03)分、生物性危害评分为(4.26±0.63)分、化学性危害评分为(3.29±0.52)分、心理社会危害评分为(3.16±0.52)分、噪声危害评分为(2.06±0.16)分,均低于管理前的(6.98±1.53)分、(5.63±1.29)分、(4.35±1.17)分、(4.32±1.10)分、(3.52±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.136、4.160、3.609、4.156、6.223,P均<0.05)。管理后护士防护行为的生物性危害防护评分、化学性危害防护评分、事故性危害防护评分、噪声危害防护评分、心理社会危害防护评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论职业暴露管理可降低护士职业暴露危险,提升护士的防护意识。结合血液透析护士职业暴露的因素实施合理措施,落实健全的防护制度,可最大限度减少血液透析护士职业暴露风险。Objective To evaluate the application value of specid management of occupational exposure protection behavior in nursing management of hemodialysis room.Methods Nineteen hemodialysis nurses in Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional mode management was implemented from January to June 2023,and special management of occupational exposure protection behavior was implemented from July to December 2023.Their occupational exposure and protective behavior were compared before and after the application of management measures.Results After management,the score of accident hazard was 5.23±1.03,the score of biological hazard was 4.26±0.63,the score of chemical hazard was 3.29±0.52,the score of psychosocial hazard was 3.16±0.52,and the score of noise hazard was 2.06±0.16,which were all lower than 6.98±1.53,5.63±1.29,4.35±1.17,4.32±1.10,3.52±1.01 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.136,4.160,3.609,4.156,6.223,all P<0.05).After management,the scores of biological hazard protection,chemical hazard protection,accident hazard protection,noise hazard protection and psychosocial hazard protection of nurses were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational exposure management can reduce the risk of occupational exposure and enhance the awareness of protection of nurses.Combining the factors of occupational exposure of hemodialysis nurses to implement reasonable measures,implementing a sound protection system,can minimize the occupational exposure risk of hemodialysis nurses.
