摘　　要：目的探讨采用细节优化管理理念对神经外科护理人员工作效能感等产生的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2023年7月山东健康集团莱芜中心医院的15名神经外科护理人员为研究对象。2021年3月—2022年3月采用常规管理理念开展护理管理,设为参照组,2022年4月—2023年7月采用细节优化管理理念开展护理管理,设为研究组。对比两组神经外科护理人员的职业倦怠感评分、工作效能感评分、自我工作积极性评分。结果研究组职业倦怠感评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组工作效能感评分为(36.49±3.25)分,高于参照组的(31.65±2.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.558,P<0.05);研究组自我工作积极性评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在开展神经外科护理工作期间,细节优化管理理念的有效应用可提升护理人员的工作效能感及工作积极性。Objective To explore the effect of detail optimization management concept on the work efficacy of neurosurgical nursing staff.Methods A total of fifteen neurosurgical nurses working in Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.From March 2021 to March 2022,the conventional management concept was adopted for nursing management,which was set as the reference group;from April 2022 to July 2023,the detailed optimization management concept was adopted for the nursing management,which was set as the study group.The scores of job burnout,job efficacy and self-work enthusiasm were compared between the two groups of neurosurgery nurses.Results The scores of job burnout in study group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of work efficacy of the study group was 36.49±3.25,which was higher than 31.65±2.52 of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.558,P<0.05).The self-work initiative score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of neurosurgical nursing work,the effective application of the concept of detail optimization management can improve the work efficacy and work enthusiasm of nursing staff.
