摘 要:目的观察呼吸内科应用护理绩效考核对护理工作质量及护理人员工作状态的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2024年5月襄阳市中西医结合医院呼吸内科的23名护理人员作为研究对象。2022年6月—2023年5月实施常规护理管理,作为对照组,2023年6月—2024年5月实施护理绩效考核时,作为观察组。比较两组工作质量和工作状态。结果观察组遵守规章制度、操作准确度、文件质量、病区维护、健康教育评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作积极性、工作主动性、团队意识、工作成就感、工作态度、责任感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论呼吸内科应用护理绩效考核对护理工作质量及护理人员工作状态均具有明确的提升作用。Objective To observe the effect of nursing performance appraisal in respiratory medicine on the quality of nursing work and the working status of nursing staff.Methods Twenty-three nursing staff who worked in the Respiratory Department of Xiangyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.The routine nursing management was carried out from June 2022 to May 2023 as the control group and the nursing performance assessment was carried out from June 2023 to May 2024 as the observation group.Compare the work quality and work status between the two groups.Results The scores of compliance with rules and regulations,operation accuracy,document quality,ward maintenance and health education of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of work enthusiasm,work initiative,team consciousness,work achievement,work attitude and sense of responsibility of the observation group are higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing performance appraisal in respiratory medicine can definitely improve the quality of nursing work and the working state of nursing staff.
