摘 要:目的构建并评估基于计划-执行-检查-行动(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环法的医院质量管理模式。方法选取2022年1—12月在开远市人民医院工作的80名工作人员作为传统组,实施传统的管理模式。2023年1—12月,将同一批工作人员纳入探究组,实施基于PDCA循环法的管理模式。对比两组工作质量评分、心理健康评分、管理满意度。结果探究组工作质量评分、心理健康评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度为93.75%(75/80),高于传统组的81.25%(65/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环法的医院质量管理模式能够显著降低工作人员的工作质量、心理健康水平和管理满意度。Objective To construct and evaluate the hospital quality management model based on the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle.Methods A total of eighty staff working in Kaiyuan People´s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the traditional group,and the traditional management mode was implemented.From January to December 2023,the same group of staff were included in the inquiry group to implement a management model based on the PDCA cycle method.The work quality score,mental health score and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work quality and mental health in the inquiry group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 93.75%(75/80),which was higher than 81.25%(65/80)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital quality management model based on PDCA cycle method can significantly reduce the quality of work,mental health and management satisfaction of staff.
