基于OBE的情景模拟联合PBL教学法在儿科见习带教中的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)的情景模拟联合问题导向学习(problembased learning,PBL)教学法应用于儿科见习带教中的效果。方法选取2023年9—12月在南华大学附属第一医院儿科见习的33名临床医学本科生,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=16)实施传统教学,研究组(n=17)实施基于OBE的情景模拟联合PBL教学。对比两组考核成绩、医患沟通能力及满意度。结果研究组考核成绩、医患沟通能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组带教效果评分为(4.5±0.3)分、学习积极性为(4.6±0.3)分,高于对照组的(3.5±0.4)分、(3.3±0.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.915,18.297,P均<0.05)。结论在临床医学本科生在儿科见习带教中采取基于OBE的情景模拟联合PBL教学法,可以帮助学生更好地理解教学内容,有助于学生掌握及运用临床知识,提高教学质量,对提高带教效果具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of outcome based education(OBE)scenario simulation combined with problem-based learning(PBL)pedagogy in pediatric trainee teaching.Methods Thirty-three undergraduate students of clinical medicine,who were interned in the Department of Pediatrics of The First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from September to December 2023,were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=16)implemented traditional teaching and the study group(n=17)implemented OBE based scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching.The assessment scores,doctor-patient communication skills and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The study group´s assessment scores and doctor-patient communication ability scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of teaching effect was 4.5±0.3 and the score of learning motivation was 4.6±0.3 in the study group,which were higher than 3.5±0.4 and 3.3±0.2 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.915,18.297,both P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting OBE based scenario simulation combined with PBL teaching method in clinical medical undergraduates´pediatric trainee teaching can help students better understand the teaching content,help students master and apply clinical knowledge,improve the quality of teaching,and have a positive effect on improving the effect of teaching.
