CBL联合PBL教学法在针灸推拿学临床实践教学中的应用效果分析

摘  要:目的分析案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在针灸推拿学临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取道县中医医院针灸推拿科接收的60名针灸推拿学专业学生为研究对象,2022年7月—2023年6月的30名学生为对比组,实施常规教学法;2023年7月—2024年6月的30名学生为分析组,实施CBL联合PBL教学法。比较两组学生的考试成绩、自主学习能力、解决问题能力、教学效果满意率。结果分析组的针灸推拿学理论知识考试成绩为(95.43±1.22)分,操作考试成绩为(95.58±1.26)分,高于对比组的(91.25±1.67)分、(91.69±1.84)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.070、9.554,P均<0.05)。分析组的自主学习能力、解决问题能力优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分析组的教学效果满意率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施CBL联合PBL教学法不仅能提升针灸推拿学学生的考试成绩,还可训练自主学习能力,增强解决问题能力,提高教学效果满意率。Objective To analyzes the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)and probiem-based learning(PBL)in clinical practice teaching of acupuncture and massage.Methods Sixty students majoring in acupuncture and massage admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Massage in Daoxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects,and thirty students from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the comparison group.From July 2023 to June 2024,thirty students are the analysis group,implementing CBL combined with PBL teaching method.The test results,autonomous learning ability,problem-solving ability and satisfaction rate of teaching effect of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of theoretical test of acupuncture and massage in the analysis group was 95.43±1.22,and the scores of operational test was 95.58±1.26,which were higher than 91.25±1.67 and 91.69±1.84 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.070,9.554,both P<0.05).The independent learning ability and problem-solving ability of the analysis group were better than those of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching effect in the analysis group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method can not only improve the examination scores of acupuncture and massage students,but also train their self-learning ability,enhance their problem-solving ability,and improve the satisfaction rate of teaching effect.
