摘 要:为揭示多跨连续跨越式输油气管道随油气介质输送状态变化而产生振动的时变机理,以某跨越式输油气管道及斜拉管桥为研究对象,开展油气介质与输油气管道的流固耦合振动效应理论研究和仿真模拟。结合水弹性相似模型的流体试验,提出油气介质流体场与管道相互作用的动力学参数和流固耦合边界条件,改进湍流理论k-ε标准模型。结果表明:油气介质流速不同、管径不同的输油气管道同一截面处流固耦合振动效应最大差别达49.5%;在同一管径条件下,流固耦合振动效应随油气介质在管道内的流动速度增大而增大;考虑流固耦合振动效应的油气管道-斜拉管桥结构系统的动力特性变化较大。改进后模型能准确描述多跨连续跨越式输油气管道的流固耦合振动效应和动力特性,可为油气管道-斜拉管桥的抗震设计提供理论依据。To reveal the time-varying mechanism of multi-span continuous straddling oil and gas pipeline vibration with the change of oil and gas medium transport state,a straddling oil and gas pipeline and a cable-stayed pipe bridge were studied.The theoretical research and simulation of the fluid-structure coupling vibration effect between oil and gas media and the pipeline structure were carried out.Combined with the fluid test of the hydroelastic similarity model,the dynamic parameters of the interaction between oil and gas mixed fluid field and pipeline and the fluid-structure coupling boundary conditions were proposed,and the k-εstandard model of the turbulence theory was improved.The results show that under different flow rates of oil and gas media and different diameters of the pipelines,the maximum difference of fluid-structure coupling vibration effect in the same cross section of the cross-type pipelines can reach 49.5%.Under the same pipe diameter condition,the fluid-structure coupling vibration effect of the trans-type oil and gas pipeline increases with the increase of the flow velocity of the oil and gas media in the pipeline.Considering the fluid-structure coupling vibration effect,the dynamic characteristics of the oil-gas pipeline-cable-stayed pipe bridge structure system have great changes.It is concluded that the improved fluid-structure coupling finite element model can accurately describe the fluid-structure coupling vibration effect and dynamic characteristics of multi-span continuous oil and gas pipeline,which provides a theoretical basis for the seismic design of oil and gas pipeline-cable-stayed pipe bridge systems.
