织构化表面失电制动器的减振降噪设计研究

摘  要:针对电梯失电制动器制动时摩擦片与夹持片和吸持片摩擦振动会产生噪声的问题,通过建立制动器三维模型,使用复特征值分析法分析在夹持片表面、吸持片表面和摩擦片表面进行不同织构设计对系统不稳定模态分布和振动特性的影响规律。并通过显式动态分析法进行进一步对比分析。结果表明,在夹持片表面设计沟槽织构时对比其他表面和织构系统相对最稳定,且夹持片表面竖槽和摩擦片表面横槽配合组成的十字形状配合织构的减振降噪效果最为显著。通过研究十字配合织构的接触应力发现,配合织构可以减少接触应力的集中程度,使应力分布更加均匀,从而提升制动器系统的稳定性,使摩擦噪声强度减弱。研究结果将为失电制动器织构化表面设计和降噪处理提供新的思路和依据。To address the issue of noise generated by frictional vibration among the brake pad,clamping plate,and holding plate of electric loss brakes during braking,a three-dimensional model of the brake system was established.The complex eigenvalue analysis method was utilized to investigate the influence of different textured surface designs of the clamping plate,holding plate,and friction plate surfaces on the distribution of unstable modal patterns and vibration characteristics of the system.Furthermore,comparative analysis was conducted using the explicit dynamic analysis.The results demonstrate that,in comparison to other surfaces and texture systems,groove texture design on the clamping plate surface is relatively the most stable.Moreover,the most significant vibration damping and noise reduction effects were observed when a cross-shaped texture was formed by vertical grooves on the clamping plate surface and transverse grooves on the friction pad surface.The investigation into contact stress for the cross-shaped textured interface revealed that the textured arrangement mitigates stress concentration,resulting in a more uniform stress distribution,which improves the stability of the brake system and reduces the intensity of frictional noise.The findings of this study will offer novel insights and a foundation for the design of textured surfaces of electric loss brakes and noise reduction techniques.
