摘 要:为实现涡轮增压器向大流量高压比方向发展,需对增压器的主要激励源及其贡献量进行探究,从而保证其运行状态可靠稳定,这对其噪声与振动控制具有重要意义。基于工况传递路径分析(Operational Transfer Path Analysis,OTPA),以某型柴油机涡轮增压器轴承体的加速度信号作为目标响应点,建立振动-噪声传递路径分析模型,详细分析该增压器的主要激励来源以及传递路径贡献量。结果表明:在低频范围内,发动机基础激励的贡献占主导地位。当频率达到气动载荷基频时,压气机端气动载荷激励的贡献增大,甚至高于发动机的激励。随增压器转速的升高,基频不断增大,其贡献量也逐渐增大,而涡端气动载荷激励的贡献一直较小。在相同气动载荷条件下,发动机转速越高,目标点的振动响应越大。In order to realize the development of turbocharger to large flow rate and high pressure ratio,it is necessary to explore the main excitation source of turbocharger and its contribution,so as to ensure its reliable and stable operation.In this paper,with the acceleration signal of a certain diesel engine turbocharger bearing body as the target response point,the vibration-noise transfer path analysis model was established based on the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA)method,and the main excitation sources and transmission path contribution of the turbocharger were analyzed in detail.The results show that in the low frequency range,the contribution of the basic excitation of the engine dominates.When the fundamental frequency of the pneumatic load is reached,the contribution of the pneumatic load excitation at the compressor end increases,which is even higher than the basic excitation of the engine.As the speed of the supercharger increases,the fundamental frequency increases and its contribution also gradually increases,while the contribution of the pneumatic load excitation at the vortex end is always small.Under the same aerodynamic load condition,the higher the engine speed,the greater the torque and the greater the vibration response at the target point.This study is of great significance for noise and vibration control of turbochargers.
