摘 要:液压泵站作为目前船用舵机的主要动力源,其振动性能直接影响船舶的振动噪声水平。在某型船试航试验中发现其舵机液压泵站出现振动异常现象,无直接激励源的舵机液压泵站油箱基座的振动值相比舵机液压泵站油泵浮筏基座明显偏大,与设计不符,无法满足该船型的振动噪声控制要求。通过测试分析发现舵机液压泵站的油泵与油箱之间连接软管出现振动“短路”现象,经过设计与分析确定整改方案,并通过实船振动测试对其进行了验证,研究结论对其他类似机械设备的振动控制设计具有指导意义。Hydraulic pump station is the main power source of marine steering gears.Its vibration performance can directly affect the vibro-acoustic level of ships.During the sea trial test of a ship,the abnormal vibration occurred in the hydraulic pump station of steering gear.The vibration of oil tank base without direct excitation source was obviously larger than that of the oil pump floating raft base,which was inconsistent with the design and could not meet the vibration and noise control requirements of the ship.Through the test analysis,it was found that the connecting hose between the oil pump and the oil tank of the steering gear hydraulic pump station was short circuited due to the vibration.After repeated analysis and design,the rectification scheme was finally determined and verified by the vibration test of the ship.This study has a guiding effect on the vibration control design of other similar mechanical equipment.
