中速型黄羽肉鸡上麦麸有效能值的测定及其预测模型的构建

摘  要:本试验旨在通过间接测热法结合套算法测定中速型黄羽肉鸡对不同来源麦麸原料的有效能值,并建立表观代谢能和净能预测方程。选取55日龄中速型“优麻”黄羽肉鸡120只,分为2批进行,每批含有1个基础饲粮组和5个试验饲粮组(不同来源麦麸原料替代30%的基础饲粮),每组5个重复,每个重复2只鸡。试验期为12 d,其中预试期5 d,60日龄时转入呼吸测热室适应3 d,呼吸测热3 d,绝食测热1 d。呼吸测热与消化代谢试验同时进行。结果表明:1)黄羽肉鸡对10种麦麸原料的表观代谢能分别为7.87、7.08、8.23、8.71、7.04、7.53、7.24、7.20、7.37、6.28 MJ/kg,氮校正表观代谢能分别为8.23、6.89、7.26、7.64、6.08、6.36、8.17、7.90、6.34、7.62 MJ/kg,净能分别为5.86、5.26、6.86、7.57、5.84、5.50、4.54、6.36、6.13、4.99 MJ/kg。2)麦麸在黄羽肉鸡上的表观代谢能和净能预测方程分别为:表观代谢能(MJ/kg)=-0.675粗纤维+14.70(R^(2)=0.844,P<0.05),净能(MJ/kg)=-0.833粗纤维+15.098(R^(2)=0.870,P<0.01)。综上所述,本试验测定了10个不同来源的麦麸的代谢能和净能,建立了麦麸在中速型黄羽肉鸡上的表观代谢能和净能预测方程。In the present study,the effective energy value of wheat bran raw materials from different sources for medium-speed yellow feather broilers were determined by indirect calorimetry combined with substitution method,and apparent metabolic energy and net energy prediction equations were established.A total of 120 medium-speed“Youma”yellow feather broilers aged at 55 days were selected,divided into 2 batches,each batch contained 1 basal diet group and 5 experimental diet groups(replaced 30%basal diet with wheat bran raw materials from different sources),with 5 replicates in each group and 2 chickens in each replicate.The experimental period was 12 days,including a pre-test period of 5 days,and 3 day of adaptation in the respiratory calorimetry chamber at 60 days of age,respiratory calorimetry for 3 days,and fasting calorimetry for 1 day.Respiratory calorimetry and digestion and metabolism tests were carried out simultaneously.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent metabolizable energy of 10 wheat bran for yellow feather broilers were 7.87,7.08,8.23,8.71,7.04,7.53,7.24,7.20,7.37 and 6.28 MJ/kg,respectively;the nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolizable energy were 8.23,6.89,7.26,7.64,6.08,6.36,8.17,7.90,6.34 and 7.62 MJ/kg,respectively;and the net energy were 5.86,5.26,6.86,7.57,5.84,5.50,4.54,6.36,6.13 and 4.99 MJ/kg,respectively.2)The prediction equations of apparent metabolizable energy and net energy of wheat bran in yellow feather broilers were:apparent metabolizable energy(MJ/kg)=-0.675 crude fiber+14.70(R^(2)=0.844,P<0.05),net energy(MJ/kg)=-0.833 crude fiber+15.098(R^(2)=0.870,P<0.01).In conclusion,this experiment measures the metabolic energy and net energy of 10 different sources of wheat bran,and establish the prediction equations for apparent metabolic energy and net energy of wheat bran in medium-speed yellow feather broilers.
