摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同混合比例和青贮时间对饲料桑与皇竹草青贮品质的影响。设置5种饲料桑与皇竹草的混合比例,分别为10∶0、7∶3、5∶5、3∶7、0∶10。在青贮15、30、45、60 d时,测定营养成分、发酵品质,采用模糊数学隶属函数法综合评价青贮品质。结果表明:1)混合比例对饲料桑与皇竹草青贮的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),青贮时间对饲料桑与皇竹草青贮的NDF、ADL、WSC含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。2)混合比例对饲料桑与皇竹草青贮的pH、氨态氮/总氮(NH 3-N/TN)及乳酸(LA)和乙酸(AA)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),青贮时间对饲料桑与皇竹草青贮的pH及LA和AA含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。3)在各个青贮时间,各组模糊数学隶属函数平均值均为7∶3组最大。综上所述,饲料桑添加适量皇竹草混合青贮能够提升饲料桑青贮品质,饲料桑与皇竹草以7∶3混合比例青贮品质最佳。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different mixing ratios and silage time on silage quality of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb.Five mixing ratios of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb were set,which were 10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7 and 0∶10,respectively.The nutritional components and fermentation quality were analyzed at 15,30,45 and 60 days of silage,and the silage quality were comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy mathematics membership function method.The results showed as follows:1)the mixing ratio had significant effects on the dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acidic detergent fiber(ADF),acidic detergent lignin(ADL)and water soluble carbohydrates(WSC)contents of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb(P<0.05),and the silage time had significant effects on the NDF,ADL and WSC contents of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb(P<0.05).2)The mixing ratio had significant effects on the pH,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH 3-N/TN)and lactic acid(LA)and acetic acid(AA)contents of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb(P<0.05),and the silage time had significant effects on the pH and LA and AA contents of forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb(P<0.05).3)At various ensiling time,the average value of fuzzy mathematics membership function was the largest for the 7∶3 group.In summary,adding an appropriate amount of Pennisetum sinese Roxb to forage mulberry for mixed ensiling can improve the silage quality,and the optimal mixing ratio for ensiling is 7∶3 for forage mulberry and Pennisetum sinese Roxb.
