摘 要:为了提高盾构隧道壁后注浆质量,开展了基于冲击回波法的盾构隧道壁后注浆质量检测的研究,提出了壁后注浆状态的检测方法及壁后注浆层厚度的修正公式。考虑壁后注浆的凝固特性及纵波在管片-壁后注浆层界面传播规律,提出了壁后注浆的最佳检测时机和不同地层条件下的检测方案。通过模型试验和现场试验验证了该方法的可行性及准确性。结果表明,随着浆液强度的增加,纵波在管片-壁后注浆层界面主要转换为透射纵波。随着凝结时间增大至570 min,解译的壁后注浆层厚度值趋于稳定,计算精度和准确率分别为厘米级和95%。结合不同地层的推进效率,确定了最优检测时机为注浆后的10~14环。该研究成果可为盾构隧道壁后注浆质量快速精准检测提供理论依据与技术支撑。In order to improve the quality of back-fill grouting in shield tunnels,a study on the quality detec-tion of back-fill grouting in shield tunnels based on the impact-echo method was conducted.The detection method of the back-fill grouting state and the modified formula for back-fill grouting layer thickness were pro-posed.Considering the solidification characteristics of back-fill grouting and the propagation law of P-wave at the interface of segment-back-fill grouting layer,the optimal detection timing and detection scheme under dif-ferent strata of back-fill grouting were proposed.The feasibility and accuracy of this method were verified by model tests and field tests.The results show that the P-wave is mainly converted to transmission P-wave at the interface of segment-back-fill grouting layer with the increase of slurry strength.As the condensation time in-creases to 570 min,the interpreted thickness value of the back-fill grouting layer tends to be stable.The calcu-lation precision and accuracy are centimeter level and 95%,respectively.Combined with the tunnelling effi-ciency of different strata,the optimal detection timing is determined to be 10 to 14 rings after grouting.The re-search results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the rapid and accurate detection of back-fill grouting quality in shield tunnels.
