世界一流大学服务区域创新发展的动因、举措与特色——以麻省理工学院为例

摘　　要：世界一流大学作为区域创新生态系统的关键主体,承担着服务区域创新发展的重要使命。文章以麻省理工学院为例,从“大学—产业—政府—其他科研机构”四方面入手,深入分析其服务区域创新发展的关键举措。基于此,总结出麻省理工学院服务区域创新发展的特色。即发挥高效的知识和人才溢出效应、构建专门的组织机构、形成协同共生的区域创新生态。总体而言,其服务区域创新发展的成功经验,对我国“双一流”大学具有重要的借鉴价值。As a key player in the regional innovation ecosystem,world-class universities bear the impor⁃tant mission of serving the development of regional innovation.The article takes the Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT)as an example,and delves deeply into its measures for serving the development of regional innovation from four perspectives:university-industry-government-other research institutions.Based on this,the article summarizes the characteristics of MIT's service for regional innovation development,which include leveraging efficient knowledge and talent spillover effects,establishing dedicated organizational structures,and forming a collaborative and symbiotic regional innovation ecosystem.In general,the successful experience of in⁃novative development in service areas has important reference value for the Double first Class Universities in China.
