交通荷载作用下埋地管道力学性能数值模拟分析

摘  要:本研究利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了埋地管道管—土相互作用的有限元模型,并在模型土体上方施加动态荷载,模拟公路上方车辆对埋地X70管道的影响,分析了不同管径、交通荷载压力、管道埋设深度、管道内压等因素对埋地管道的垂直位移的影响以及管周的Mises应力分布的规律。研究结果表明:当车辆经过管道时,管道上的主要荷载是内部压力和覆盖荷载,管道承受的Mises应力随着管道直径、内压和交通荷载的增加而增加,但随着埋深的增加而减小;交通荷载压力是影响管道应力和应变的最重要因素,施加应力不超过10 MPa时,管道最大形状变量在13 mm以内。本研究为交通荷载下埋地管道提供了数据参考和风险预警。In this study,a finite element model of pipe-soil interaction of buried pipeline is established by using ABAQUS finite element sofware,and traffic load is applied above the model soil body to simulate the influence of vehicles above the highway on the buried X7o pipeline.Different pipe diameters,traffic load pressures,pipe burial depths,internal pressures and other factors on the longitudinal length of the buried pipe and the distribution of Mises stresses around the pipe are analyzed,and a multi-factor coupling study is carried out at the same time.The results show that:when the vehicle passes through the pipeline,the main loads on the pipeline are internal pressure and cover load,and the Mises stress on the pipeline increases with the increase of the pipeline diameter,internal pressure and traffic load,and decreases with the increase of the burial depth.Traffic loading pressure is the most important factor affecting the stress and strain of the pipe,and the maximum shape variation of the pipe is within 13 mm when the applied stress does not exceed 10 MPa.This study provides data reference and risk warning for buried pipelines under traffic loading.
