当代工程风险的生态学审视

摘  要:当代工程具有一些基本特征,如物质多样性、高度复杂性、合自然规律性、高科技化、不可逆性等。这些特征反映出当代工程具有潜在的风险。研究发现存在诸多因素,如自然生态环境的不确定性、非线性作用等复杂因素以及工程共同体成员过于追求经济效益的价值取向等。从生态学视角科学预防当代工程风险要善于从整体、共生、开放的视角加以探讨,从工程共同体的价值理念、风险预警防范机制的构建、生态工程的建设、完善并践行生态保护补偿机制等方面来积极应对。Contemporary engineering has the basic characteristics of material diversity,high complexity,natural law,high-tech,and irreversibility and so on.These characteristics reflect the potential risks of contemporary engineering.Analysis of ecological factors of engineering risk formation,it is found that there are many factors,such as the uncertainty of natural ecological environment,the nonlinear effect and the value orientation of the members of the engineering community.How to prevent modern engineering risk scientifically from ecological perspective?Effective measures to avoid engineering risk should be well discussed from the perspective of holistic,symbiotic and open ecology.It is necessary to deal with it from the aspects of the value idea of the engineering community,the construction of the risk warning and prevention mechanism,the construction of the ecological engineering,improving and practicing the ecological protection compensation mechanism,etc.
