摘　　要：立德树人是我国高等教育的根本任务,而课程思政是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是完善三全育人的重要抓手。文章旨在深入探讨成人高校工商管理专业课程思政建设的现状、意义、策略,并以该专业的企业战略管理课程为例,探索如何深入挖掘课程思政元素,将知识本位转为价值引领。文章系统梳理了当前成人高校在课程思政实施过程中面临的主要挑战,并提出了一系列加强成人高校课程思政建设的策略建议,以期为提升成人高等教育质量、促进学生全面发展提供理论与实践参考。Fostering character and civic virtue is the fundamental task of higher education in China,and curriculum ideology and politics is not only an important measure for colleges and universities to implement the task,but it is also vital to three-wide education.This paper aims to discuss in depth the current situation,significance,and strategies of ideological and political course construction in Business Administration in adult colleges.Illustrated by Enterprise Strategic Management,the paper discusses how to deeply explore the ideological and political elements of the course and transform knowledge orientation into value guidance.The paper systematically summarizes the major challenges faced by adult colleges in the implementation of ideological and political education,and proposes a series of strategic suggestions about how best to strengthen the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in adult education,aiming at providing theoretical and practical reference for adult colleges to improve the quality of education and advance students'well-rounded development.
