基于优化赋权云模型的大型企业战略创业能力评价研究

摘　　要：战略创业能力评价能够促进企业开展战略创业,有助于企业保持竞争优势、开拓新业务,实现创新追赶、绩效提高和可持续发展。文章从创业心智、战略性资源管理、创新和竞争优势4个维度构建了可量化的战略创业能力评价指标体系,将云模型引入企业战略创业能力评价中,通过TF-IDF算法对云模型赋权进行优化,运用优化后的云模型评价黑龙江省大型企业战略创业能力。研究发现,云模型在评价战略创业能力和描述战略创业能力演进方面具有明显的优势。黑龙江省大型企业战略创业能力总体上呈现上升趋势。不同所有权类型企业的战略创业能力呈现不同的演进变化趋势,民营企业战略创业能力不断增强,国有企业有所减弱,外资企业出现波动。With the rapid development of new technology,enterprise environment has changed enormously and shown the characteristics of turbulence,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity.In such an environment,enterprises need to sustain competitive advantages and carry out entrepreneurial activities simultaneously.Strategic entrepreneurship can effectively combine these two aspects to meet the diverse needs of customers,respond to market competition,improve organizational performance,and achieve innovation catch-up and sustainable development.To promote strategic entrepreneurship,it is necessary to conduct a scientific and effective evaluation of strategic entrepreneurship capability.However,existing literature mainly focuses on the antecedents,consequences and processes of strategic entrepreneurship,but still lacks empirical researches of strategic entrepreneurship.There is little research on the evaluation of strategic entrepreneurship capability.Current evaluation researches of strategic entrepreneurship mostly adopt the form of questionnaire,which is highly subjective and can’t depict the changing trend of strategic entrepreneurship capability.In addition,in China,the researches on strategic entrepreneurship generally choose the cases or samples of enterprises in economically developed regions,neglecting underdeveloped regions.To fill the gaps of current researches,this paper constructs index system of strategic entrepreneurship capability based on four dimensions(entrepreneurial mindset,strategic resource management,innovation,competitive advantages).After introducing the cloud model and using TF-IDF algorithm to optimize the weighting mode,this paper evaluates strategic entrepreneurship capability of large enterprises through the optimized cloud model.We selected large enterprises of Heilongjiang province as sample because Heilongjiang province is one of typical underdeveloped regions in China and large enterprises have sufficient resource and competence to launch strategic entrepreneurship.We used objective data sourc
