摘 要:【目的】在清理阳光屋时,存在高空作业风险高、清洁效率低和清洁装置限制等问题,这些因素导致了阳光屋表面存在清洁难题。为了解决这些问题,设计了一种新型阳光屋吸盘式清洁装置。【方法】在对吸盘式清洁装置工作原理进行分析的基础上,建立其三维结构模型。该装置集成了吸附系统、视觉监视系统、行进系统和中控系统等多个模块,能够自动规划行进路线并进行智能避障,以实现高效、安全清洁作业。利用SolidWorks软件对底盘进行了应力和位移的有限元分析,以验证设计的合理性和结构的安全性。【结果】分析结果显示,底盘所承受的最大应力为2.973e+07 N/m^(2),低于材料的抗拉强度7.3e+07 N/m^(2)。此外,底盘的最大位移量为2.928 mm,处于合理范围内。因此,该设计满足使用标准和设计规范。【结论】本设计在节能环保、自动化操作等方面具有显著的创新性,为智能清洁装置的设计和研发提供了重要的参考和借鉴。[Purposes]When cleaning the sunshine house,there are some problems such as the risk of working at high altitude,low cleaning efficiency and limited cleaning devices,which lead to the cleaning problem of the sunny house surface.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs a new type of suction cup cleaning device for sunshine house.[Methods]Based on the analysis of the working principle of the suction cup cleaning device,a three-dimensional structural model was established.The device integrates several modules such as adsorption system,visual monitoring system,traveling system and central control system,and can automatically plan the traveling route and intelligently avoid obstacles,thus realizing efficient and safe cleaning operation.The finite element analysis of the stress and displacement of the chassis is carried out by SolidWorks software to verify the rationality of the design and the safety of the structure.[Findings]The analysis results show that the maximum stress of the chassis is 2.973e+07 N/m^(2),which is lower than the tensile strength of the material of 7.3e+07 N/m^(2).In addition,the maximum displacement of the chassis is 2.928 mm,which is within a reasonable range.Therefore,these results show that the chassis design meets the use standards and design specifications.[Conclusions]This design is innovative in energy saving,environmental protection and automatic operation,which provides an important reference for the design and development of intelligent cleaning devices.
