摘  要:目的 比较浓缩生长因子(CGF)联合Bio-Oss骨粉与Bio-Gide膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉的临床疗效。方法 2022年5月至2023年6月在甘肃省成县人民医院口腔科和甘肃省人民医院口腔颌面外科就诊的上颌前牙单颗缺失合并唇侧牙槽缺损患者为研究对象,将其分为A组(CGF联合Bio-Oss骨粉)和B组(Bio-Gide膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉),每组60例。通过锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)测量2组患者术前、术后3个月、术后6个月的牙槽骨水平宽度、角化龈宽度和骨板厚度;通过Osstell ISQ测量仪记录术后1个月、3个月、6个月的种植体稳定性(ISQ);并比较2组患者的术后并发症发生率。结果 在术后3个月和6个月,A组患者的牙槽骨水平宽度和骨板厚度增加显著高于B组(P <0.05),角化龈宽度在术后6个月的增加亦显著高于B组(P <0.05);A组在术后1个月、3个月和6个月的ISQ值均显著高于B组(P <0.05);尽管术后A组的并发症发生率低于B组,但2组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 CGF联合Bio-Oss骨粉治疗在促进牙槽骨宽度、骨板厚度增加以及提高种植体稳定性方面表现优于Bio-Gide膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉,并在减少术后并发症方面表现出一定优势,可能为一种更有效的治疗方案。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with Bio-Oss bone powder and Bio-Gide membrane combined with Bio-Oss bone powder.Methods From May 2022 to June 2023,120 patients with a single missing maxillary anterior tooth combined with labial alveolar bone defects were recruited from the Department of Stomatology,Chengxian People's Hospital,and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Gansu Provincial Hospital.They were divided into Group A(CGF combined with Bio-Oss bone powder)and Group B(Bio-Gide membrane combined with Bio-Oss bone powder),with 60 cases in each group.Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)was used to measure the horizontal alveolar bone width,keratinized gingival width,and bone plate thickness preoperatively,and at 3 and 6 months postoperatively.The implant stability quotient(ISQ)values at 1,3,and 6 months postoperatively were recorded using the Osstell ISQ meter.The postoperative complication rates between the two groups were also compared.Results At 3 and 6 months postoperatively,Group A showed a significantly greater increase in alveolar bone width and bone plate thickness compared to Group B(P<0.05).Additionally,the increase in keratinized gingival width at 6 months postoperatively was significantly higher in Group A(P<0.05).Group A demonstrated significantly higher ISQ values at 1,3,and 6 months postoperatively compared to Group B(P<0.05).Although the postoperative complication rate in Group A was lower than that in Group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CGF combined with Bio-Oss bone powder is more effective than Bio-Gide membrane combined with Bio-Oss bone powder in increasing alveolar bone width,bone plate thickness,and implant stability.It also showed potential in reducing postoperative complications,providing a promising treatment option.
