Objective:To systematically evaluate the qualitative studies on the real experience of pancreatic cancer patients after surgery, and to provide reference for formulating effective intervention strategies. Methods:Qualitative studies on the real experience of patients after pancreatic cancer surgery were retrieved from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,PsyINFO,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and CBM.The search period was up to December,2023.According to the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria recommended by the Australian JBI Evidence based Healthcare Center, the quality of the included literature was evaluated, and the results were integrated using a pooled integration method. Results:A total of 12 articles were included, and 51 research results were extracted, which were summarized into 11 categories, and three integrated results were synthesized:pancreatic cancer patients were troubled by symptoms after surgery;the complicated emotional reaction of pancreatic cancer patients after surgery;postoperative needs of pancreatic cancer patients. Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer face dual physical and mental challenges after surgery, and their self-management ability is insufficient.Medical staff should understand patients'postoperative supportive management needs from multiple perspectives, formulate diversified coping strategies, and optimize patients'postoperative experience.
