摘 要:运城是果业大市,苹果是运城农业支柱产业,也是农民增收重要来源。文章通过分析运城市苹果供应链现状,研究运城市苹果供应链的运作模式,运用层次分析法,比较四种供应链模式对现阶段运城市苹果流通销售的影响情况。结合层次分析法分析出的各模式的重点薄弱环节,提出适合当下运城市苹果供应链现状的优化建议,助推运城苹果产业高质量的发展。Yuncheng is a big fruit city,and apples are the pillar industry of Yuncheng's agriculture and an important source of farmers'income.This paper analyzes the current situation of the apple supply chain in Yuncheng City,studies the operation mode of the apple supply chain in Yuncheng City,and compares the impact of the four supply chain models on the circulation and sales of apples in Yuncheng City at this stage by using the analytic hierarchy process.Combined with the key weaknesses of each model analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process,the optimization suggestions suitable for the current situation of the apple supply chain in Yuncheng City are put forward to promote the high-quality development of the apple industry in Yuncheng.
