LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1水平与脑卒中患者抑郁关联性及交互作用研究

摘  要:目的分析微管相关蛋白轻链3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)、Bcl-2相互作用蛋白1(Beclin-1)血清含量与脑卒中患者抑郁的相关性及交互作用的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2023年6月北京市大兴区人民医院97例脑卒中患者,将住院期间发生抑郁者分为抑郁组,其余评定为非抑郁组。统计受检者LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1水平等信息,比较抑郁组、非抑郁组LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1表达,并分析脑卒中患者抑郁影响因素及LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1的交互作用对脑卒中患者抑郁情况的影响、LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1在脑卒中患者抑郁预测中的价值。结果97例脑卒中患者中30例(30.93%)发生抑郁。抑郁组LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1水平较非抑郁组高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析证实,NIHSS、LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1均为脑卒中后发生抑郁的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。LC3-Ⅱ与Beclin-1均与脑卒中患者抑郁具有正向交互作用,二者交互效应较二者单独作用之和高1.381倍。ROC曲线表明,LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1对脑卒中患者抑郁的单独及联合预测AUC分别是0.726、0.720、0.903。结论LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-1均和脑卒中患者抑郁存在密切关联性,两者在脑卒中患者抑郁中存在正向交互作用,且对脑卒中患者抑郁具有良好的预测效能。Objective To analyze the correlation between the serum levels of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3-Ⅱ(LC3-Ⅱ)and Bcl-2interacting protein 1(Beclin-1)and depression in stroke patients and the influence of the interaction.Methods A total of 97stroke patients in our hospital from December 2021to June 2023were selected,and those with depression during hospitalization were divided into depression group,and the rest were assessed as non-depression group.The levels of LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1in the subjects were analyzed,and the expressions of LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1in the depressed group and the non-depressed group were compared.The influencing factors of depression in stroke patients,the influence of the interaction between LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1on depression in stroke patients,and the value of LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1in predicting depression in stroke patients were analyzed.Results Depression occurred in 30of 97 stroke patients(30.93%).The levels of LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1in depressed group were higher than those in non-depressed group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis confirmed that NIHSS,LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1were all important influencing factors for depression after stroke(P<0.05).Both LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1had positive interaction with depression in stroke patients,and their interaction effect was 1.381times higher than the sum of their individual effects.ROC curve showed that the AUC of LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1for depression in stroke patients was 0.726,0.720and 0.903,respectively.Conclusion LC3-Ⅱand Beclin-1are closely related to depression in stroke patients,and they have a positive interaction in the depression of stroke patients,and have a good predictive effect on depression in stroke patients.
