摘　　要：保罗·泽考斯基的信息素养概念是信息素养领域学术研究和政策实践的基石。对这一概念的深入考察,有助于其思想在中文语境中的正确传播。根据保罗·泽考斯基《信息服务环境关系与优先事项》报告的原文陈述提炼核心要素和关键行为并构造概念图,通过比较原文陈述和中文引证文献的内容差异揭示其中文引介问题。研究发现,泽考斯基的普遍信息素养教育理念包含对信息素养与国家、社会、个人关系方面的重要理解,具有情境化、实践性的特征。由于译介的不规范,我国学者在把握其思想内涵方面存在一定的偏误。Paul Zurkowski’s concept of information literacy is foundational to academic research and policy development in the information literacy field.A thorough examination of this concept aids its accurate transmission within the Chinese context.By extracting core elements and key behaviors from Zurkowski's original report,The Information Service Environment Relationships and Priorities,this study constructs concept maps and compares them with the content of Chinese citation literature to identify issues in its Chinese translation.Findings reveal that Zurkowski’s universal approach to information literacy education integrates a crucial understanding of the relationship between information literacy and national,social,and individual dimensions,emphasizing contextual and practical characteristics.Due to inconsistencies in translation practices,misunderstandings have arisen in domestic scholarship regarding the essence of Zurkowski’s philosophy.
