艾灸“足三里”对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃动力及胃黏膜相关蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸“足三里”对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)大鼠ACF值及MTL、CGRP、Caspase-3表达量的影响。方法:用复合病因法成功复制CAG大鼠模型;采用替普瑞酮溶液灌胃和艾灸进行干预;选用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量并计算ACF值,并取胃组织标本,用酶联免疫吸附法测定大鼠MTL、CGRP、Caspase-3表达量;应用SPSS 25.0数据分析软件进行数据统计分析。结果:与同时相模型组相比,药物组各时相ACF值均升高(P<0.05);且除药物组第1时相外,药物组其余时相MTL值均显著升高(P<0.05);药物组第3、4时相CGRP值均显著升高(P<0.05);药物组第4时相Caspase-3值显著升高(P<0.05)。艾灸组各时相ACF值、MTL值均升高(P<0.05);艾灸组第3、4时相CGRP值、Caspase-3值显著升高(P<0.05)。艾灸组第4时相ACF值、Caspase-3值与同时相药物组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸“足三里”能够明显上调ACF值以及MTL、CGRP、Caspase-3含量,可有效治疗CAG。Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion“Zusanli”on ACF and expression of MTL,CGRP and Caspase-3 in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)rats.Methods:The rat model of CAG was successfully reproduced by complex etiology.The intervention was carried out with tepredone solution and moxibustion.ACF values were measured and calculated by color Doppler ultrasonography,and the expression levels of MTL,CGRP and Caspase-3 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.SPSS 25.0 data analysis software was used for data statistical analysis.Results:Compared with the simultaneous phase model group,ACF values of all phases in the drug group were increased(P<0.05).The MTL values of the other phases in the drug group were significantly increased except for the first phase in the drug group(P<0.05).CGRP values in the third and fourth phases of the drug group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The fourth phase Caspase-3 value in the drug group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The ACF and MTL values in every phase of moxibustion group were increased(P<0.05).The CGRP and Caspase-3 values in the third and fourth phases of moxibustion group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The fourth phase ACF and Caspase-3 values in moxibustion group were significantly increased compared with those in simultaneous drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion“Zusanli”can significantly increase the ACF value and the contents of MTL,CGRP and Caspase-3,which can effectively treat CAG.
