摘　　要：酥油是中国传统乳制品之一,深受各民族喜爱,酥油除作为食品和佛寺用品外,还具备药食同源的特性,药用价值极高。酥油的药用价值起源于少数民族生产生活中,后通过贸易、朝贡、佛教传播等形式,经由南北两条路线从少数民族地区传入中原汉地,随着中国各民族对其认知不断加深,其药用特征得以凸显,我国古代各民族对酥油所具备的药食同源理念具有深厚的共通性,体现了中国古代各民族在医药层面的多元一体特色,酥油在中医药文化交流、交往、交融及中华民族共同体形成发展中具有重要价值。Butter is a traditional dairy product in China,which all ethnic groups in China deeply love it.In addition to being used as food and Buddhist temple supplies,it has the characteristics of the same origin as medicine,food and has high medicinal value.The medicinal value of butter originated from the production and life of ethnic minorities.Then it was introduced by ethnic minorities to the Han area of the central plains through trade,tribute,Buddhism,and other different forms through the two routes from the north to the south.With the continuous deepening of the understanding of the ethnic groups across China,the medicinal use of butter has been popularized.The origin of medicine and food possessed by ancient ethnic groups in China has a profound commonality.It reflects the diversified and integrated Chinese characteristics of various ethnic groups in ancient China at the medical level.Butter,as a specific medium,shows the historical development pattern of exchanges,and blending of the traditional medical culture and ideas of various ethnic groups in the formation and development of the Chinese national community.
