摘 要:试验旨在研究维生素C(VC)对育肥湖羊生长性能、血浆生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取20只健康、体重(31.70±1.38)kg的育肥湖羊,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,VC组在基础饲粮中添加0.5 g/(只·d)VC。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,VC组湖羊的平均日干物质采食量极显著升高(P<0.01),血浆中总蛋白、肌酐的含量极显著降低(P<0.01),白蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。两组湖羊血浆抗氧化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,在饲粮中添加0.5 g/(只·d)VC可提高育肥湖羊的采食量,降低血浆肌酐、总蛋白、白蛋白含量,推测VC剂量过高可能影响育肥湖羊的蛋白质代谢,从而导致生长性能没有达到预期的改善效果。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of vitamin C(VC)on the growth performance,plasma biochemical indexes,and antioxidant activity of finishing Hu sheep.A total of 20 healthy finishing Hu sheep with a body weight of(31.70±1.38)kg were randomly divided into two groups with 10 replicates per group and one sheep per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the VC group was supplemented with 0.5 g/(each·day)of VC in the basal diet.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the average daily dry matter intake of the Hu sheep in the VC group was extremely increased(P<0.01),and the concentrations of total protein and creatinine in the plasma were extremely decreased(P<0.01),while the albumin content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in antioxidant indexes in the plasma of Hu sheep between the two groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 0.5 g/(each·day)of VC in the diet can improve the intake of finishing Hu sheep,reduce the concentrations of plasma creatinine,total protein,and albumin.It is also speculated that an excessive dose of VC may affect the protein metabolism of finishing Hu sheep,leading to a failure to achieve the expected improvement in growth performance.
