摘  要:试验旨在探究海带多糖对蛋鸡产蛋性能、水印蛋及血液生理生化指标的影响。选取430日龄海兰灰蛋鸡4000只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复250只蛋鸡。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡饮水中分别添加0、1、5、10 mg/kg的海带多糖。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组比较,试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡产蛋率显著升高(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);水印蛋率和破蛋率显著降低(P<0.05);鸡蛋哈氏单位与蛋壳强度显著提升(P<0.05)。与预试期末(CK1组)比较,试验Ⅲ组产水印蛋蛋鸡血液中血细胞比容(PCV)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hgb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、白细胞(WBC)水平显著升高(P<0.05),蛋鸡血清中总胆汁酸(TBA)含量和脂肪酶(LPS)活性显著升高(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)含量显著升高(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)、肌酐(CREA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),尿素(UREA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在饮水中添加10 mg/kg海带多糖可改善产水印蛋蛋鸡的血液生理生化指标,降低水印蛋发生率,提高蛋鸡产蛋性能,改善蛋品质。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of laminarin on the laying performance,water-stained egg,and blood physiological and biochemical parameters in laying hens.A total of four thousand 430-day-old Hyline Gray laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and 250 laying hens per replicate.The control group,experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere supplemented with 0,1,5,and 10 mg/kg of laminarin in the drinking water,respectively.The pre-test was seven days,and the formal test period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the egg production rate in experimental groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-egg ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The water-stained egg rate and broken egg rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Haugh units and shell strength of the eggs were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the end of the preliminary trial(group CK1),the levels of packed cell volume(PCV),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hgb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),and white blood cells(WBC)in the blood of water-stained egg-laying hens in experimental groupⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of total bile acids(TBA)and the activity of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in the serum of the hens were significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),calcium(Ca),and phosphorus(P)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentrations of albumin(ALB)and creatinine(CREA)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of urea(UREA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 10 mg/kg laminarin in drinking water can improve the blood physiological and biochemical parameters of hens laying water-stained eggs,reduce the incidence of water-stained eggs,enhance the egg production performance,and improve egg quality.
