摘 要:试验旨在探究栗木单宁对中华鳖生长性能、血清生化指标、肝脏抗氧化性能及肌肉氨基酸组成的影响。试验选取1050只体重(12.54±0.54)g的中华鳖,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复70只中华鳖。各组分别饲喂含有0(对照组)、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%和0.40%栗木单宁的饲料。试验期60 d。结果显示:试验第30 d,0.10%组的饲料转化率(FER)和蛋白质效率(PER)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验第60 d,各试验组的末重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,0.20%组和0.40%组血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著降低(P<0.05),0.05%组、0.10%组和0.40%组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著降低(P<0.05);0.40%组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著增加(P<0.05),0.40%组血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著提高(P<0.05),0.05%组和0.20%组总胆红素(TBIL)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.20%组的肌肉丝氨酸、亮氨酸、脯氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),0.20%组的超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)、超氧化物歧化酶2(SOD2)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶3(GPx3)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPx4)mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加0.20%和0.40%的栗木单宁可提高中华鳖的生长性能,促进糖脂合成,增强肝脏抗氧化性能,不会影响肌肉鲜味和营养。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of chestnut tannin on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,hepatic antioxidant capacity,and muscle amino acid composition of the Pelodiscus sinensis.A total of 1050 Pelodiscussinensiswith an initial body weight of(12.54±0.54)g were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates per group and 70 turtles per replicate.The Pelodiscussinensisin groups were fed diets containing 0%(control group),0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,and 0.40%chestnut tannin.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that on the 30th day,the feed conversion rate(FER)and protein efficiency rate(PER)of group 0.10%were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).On the 60th day,the final weight(FBW),weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and catalase(CAT)in 0.20%and 0.40%groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in 0.05%,0.10%and 0.40%groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity in 0.40%group was significantly increased(P<0.05),serum high density lipoprotein(HDL)content in 0.40%group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and serum total bilirubin(TBIL)content in 0.05%and 0.20%groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of muscle serine,leucine and proline in 0.20%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of SOD1,SOD2,CAT,GPx3 and GPx4 in 0.20%group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 0.20%and 0.40%chestnut monrather in the diet can improve the growth performance,promote the synthesis of sugar and lipid,and enhance the antioxidant performance of liver,but does not affect the muscle flavor and nutrition.
