摘 要:试验旨在探究脱脂黑水虻虫粉替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)生长性能和肌肉品质的影响。选择体重(11.4±0.3)g的大口黑鲈幼鱼240尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。对照组(CK组)饲喂基础饲料,试验组利用脱脂黑水虻虫粉等蛋白替代基础饲料中25%(S25组)、50%(S50组)和75%(S75组)的鱼粉。试验期42 d。结果显示:与CK组相比,各试验组的末重、增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数和肥满度均差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组的肝体比逐渐增加,S25组和S75组肌肉中天冬氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),S75组肌肉丙氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。S75组肌肉中的C12∶0、n-6多不饱和脂肪酸含量和脂肪酸总量显著增加(P<0.05),C22∶5(n-3)、C22∶1(n-9)和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05);S25组和S75组肌肉的C20∶5(n-3)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,使用脱脂黑水虻虫粉替代75%的鱼粉不会影响大口黑鲈的生长性能,可提高大口黑鲈肌肉中的脂肪酸总量和n-6多不饱和脂肪酸含量,降低n-3多不饱和脂肪酸含量。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of defatted black soldier fly larvae meal replacing fish meal on the growth performance and muscle quality of largemouth bass(Micropterussalmoides).A total of 240 largemouth bass juveniles with an average weight of(11.4±0.3)g were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate.The control group(CK group)was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed diets with defatted black soldier fly larvae meal replacing 25%(S25 group),50%(S50 group),and 75%(S75 group)of the fish meal in the basal diet.The trial period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that there were no significant differences in final weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,feed coefficient,and condition factor between the experimental groups and the CK group(P>0.05),the liver-to-body ratio in the experimental groups gradually increased.The content of aspartic acid in the muscle of the S25 and S75 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the content of alanine in the muscle of the S75 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The concentrations of C12∶0,n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids,and total fatty acids in the muscle of the S75 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of C22∶5(n-3),C22∶1(n-9),and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of C20∶5(n-3)in the muscle of the S25 and S75 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The study indicates that replacing 75%of fish meal with defatted black soldier fly larvae meal does not affect the growth performance and can increase the total fatty acid and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid content in the muscle of largemouth bass,while reducing the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid content.
