摘　　要：黄麻(Corchorus capsularis L.)和红麻(Hibiscus cannabinus L.)分别为椴树科和锦葵科的一年生草本植物,具有生物产量较大、抗病虫害能力强、易种植等优势,在我国种植历史悠久且分布广泛。黄麻与红麻叶片蛋白含量高,根系富含维生素和矿物质且根茎纤维素丰富,具有较高的营养价值。此外,黄麻与红麻含有黄酮、多糖和生物碱等生物活性成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒和免疫调节等生物学功能,可作为一种潜在的优质饲料资源用于动物养殖生产中,具有较高的开发价值。文章综述了黄麻和红麻的营养特点、活性成分及其在动物生产中的应用现状,分析讨论其在动物生产中存在的问题并提出展望,为黄麻和红麻在动物饲料中的应用提供参考。Corchorus capsularis L.and Hibiscus cannabinus L.are annual herbs belonging to tiliaceae family and malvaceae family,respectively.They have the advantages of large biological yield,strong disease resistance and pest resistance,easy cultivation and so on,and have a long planting history and wide distribution in China.Corchorus capsularis L.and Hibiscuscannabinus L.have high nutritional value due to high protein content in leaves,rich vitamins and minerals in roots and rich cellulose in rhizomes.In addition,Corchorus capsularis L.and Hibiscus cannabinus L.contain bioactive ingredients such as flavonoids,polysaccharides,and alkaloids,and have biological functions such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antiviral,and immune regulation,which can be used as a potential high-quality feed resources for animal breeding and animal production,with high development value.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics,active ingredients and application status of CorchoruscapsularisL.and HibiscuscannabinusL.in animal production were reviewed.The existing problems in animal production were analyzed and discussed,and the prospect was put forward to provide reference for the application of CorchoruscapsularisL.and HibiscuscannabinusL.in animal feed.
