摘  要:研究了表面活性剂作用下玄武岩纤维SMA沥青混合料的压实特性,并基于细观结构分析表征其细观压实规律。通过与SBS改性沥青混合料的对比分析,重点考察了M1(含抗剥落剂)和J1C(不含抗剥落剂)两种表面活性剂对混合料压实特性、沥青黏度和砂浆分布的影响。通过旋转压实试验、沥青旋转黏度试验和基于二维图像处理技术的砂浆膜厚度分析方法,系统研究了沥青种类、表面活性剂类型以及压实温度对混合料性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,表面活性剂能有效降低高强沥青混合料的压实功,提高其施工和易性,尤其在较低温度下,J1C表面活性剂作用下混合料压实效果更佳。同时,表面活性剂还能降低高强沥青的黏度,其中J1C的降黏效果更为显著。在砂浆分布方面,表面活性剂的加入能够增加砂浆膜厚度并改善其分布均匀性,其效果甚至优于SBS改性沥青混合料。The compaction characteristics of basalt fiber SMA asphalt mixture under the influence of surfactants were studied,with the microscopic compaction law characterized through microstructural analysis.By comparing with SBS-modified asphalt mixtures,the effects of two surfactants,M1(containing anti-stripping agent)and J1C(without anti-stripping agent),on the mixture compaction characteristics,asphalt viscosity,and mortar distribution were examined.Using gyratory compaction testing,rotational viscosity testing,and a mortar film thickness analysis method based on two-dimensional image processing,the influences of asphalt type,surfactant type,and compaction temperature on the mixture performance were systematically investigated.The results indicate that surfactants effectively reduce the compaction energy of high-strength asphalt mixtures and improve workability,particularly at lower temperatures,where J1C demonstrates superior compaction energy reduction.Additionally,surfactants were found to lower the viscosity of high-strength asphalt,with J1C showing a more significant effect.In terms of mortar distribution,the inclusion of surfactants increases film thickness and improves uniformity,even surpassing that of SBS-modified asphalt mixtures.
