摘 要:结合新建北京地铁17号线望京西站1号换乘通道工程,针对在过站井进行接收、再始发这种传统过站方法,研究出矩形顶管过站顶进施工过程中采用钢套筒连续顶进新技术(获专利);通过对比分析钢套筒连续顶进新技术与传统施工方法下过站段土层的环向、纵向的应力、变形及地面沉降的差异,评估过站段施工安全性及稳定性。结果表明:矩形顶管钢套筒连续顶进过站新技术能够显著提升施工过程中的稳定性和安全性,降低对地面以上及周围建筑影响;这两种过站技术下顶进施工位置处变形及应力均为最大;矩形钢套筒连续顶进施工技术能够显著改善过站段土层与钢套筒内外的水土平衡,使得在钢套筒连续顶进技术下土层的环纵向应力应变、地面沉降方面均显著低于传统施工方法。研究结果可为城市地下通道穿越不良地质环境及既有线路的顶管施工提供参考。Combined with the new No.1 transfer channel project at Wangjing West Station of Beijing Subway Line 17,aiming at the traditional station-passing method of receiving and re-starting in the station-passing well,a new technology of continuous jacking of steel sleeves during the jacking construction of rectangular pipe jacking station is developed(patented).By comparing and analyzing the differences between the new steel sleeve continuous jacking technology and the traditional construction method in the circumferential and longitudinal stress,deformation and land subsidence of the soil layer of the station section,the safety and stability of the construction of the station section are evaluated.The results show that the new technology of continuous jacking of rectangular pipe jacking steel sleeve can significantly improve the stability and safety in the construction process and reduce the impact on the above ground and surrounding buildings.The deformation and stress at the jacking construction position under the two station-passing technologies are the largest;the continuous jacking construction technology of rectangular steel sleeve can significantly improve the water and soil balance between the soil layer of the station section and the inside and outside of the steel sleeve,so that the longitudinal,circumferential stress and strain of the soil layer and the ground settlement under the continuous jacking technology of the steel sleeve are significantly lower than the traditional construction method.The research results can provide reference for the pipe jacking construction of urban underground passage crossing unfavorable geological environment and existing lines.
