摘　　要：“新师范”是指在中国社会主要矛盾新转化背景下提出的引领中国教师教育改革与发展,构建符合现代教师教育发展趋势、适应教育改革和发展需要、充满生机与活力的新型教师教育体系。“新师范”在多个方面展现其新颖之处,从整体到局部,新师范体现了流程式闭环发展的全新形式。“新师范”建设应当采取以下行动:作为高等师范院校要强化师范教育本色,更新师范教育理念;构建特色师范体系,改革人才培养模式;多措并举协同育人,提升新师范改革成效。为造就一支具备家国情怀、国际视野、创新精神、实践能力、终身学习能力与适应能力的高素质“新师范”人才而努力作为。"New Normal Education"refers to the new type of teacher education system proposed against the backdrop of the new transformation of the main contradictions in Chinese society.It aims to lead the reform and development of teacher education in China,construct a system that conforms to the development trend of modern teacher education,adapts to the needs of educational reform and development,and is full of vitality and dynamism.The"New Normal Education"shows its novelty in many aspects,from the whole to the parts,reflecting a new form of process-oriented closed-loop development.The"New Normal Education"should take the following actions:as higher normal universities,they should strengthen the original character of normal education and renew the concept of normal education;build a characteristic normal education system and reform the talent training model;take multiple measures to collaborate in education and improve the effectiveness of the"New Normal Education"reform.Efforts should be made to cultivate a high-quality"New Normal Education"talent pool with a sense of national and international vision,innovative spirit,practical ability,lifelong learning ability,and adaptability.
