摘　　要：INTRODUCTION Surgical valve replacement was the mainstay of treatment for critical valvular heart disease.Atrial thrombosis represents a serious and unfortunately complication in patients undergoing heart valve replacement surgery,usually attributed to interrupted anticoagulation therapy,suboptimal or inadequate anticoagulation dosage.However,there are some patients who experience thrombosis despite a continuous and adequate therapeutic anticoagulation level with prothrombin time-international normalized ratio (PT-INR) between 2.5 and 3.5.This kind of thrombosis is rare and difficult to predict clinically,which has been poorly studied with regards to optimal treatment and prevention.
