大跨径悬索桥主缆线形影响因素分析

摘  要:为提高大跨径悬索桥主缆线形的架设精度,以深中通道深中大桥为背景,进行主缆线形影响因素分析。根据国内外已建桥梁的实测数据,分析现有工艺技术条件下主缆实际制索精度;采用BNLAS软件建立该桥有限元模型,从材料参数和现场施工两方面分析主缆弹性模量、索股自重、温度及桥塔偏位对主缆线形的影响,计算各因素对主缆空缆各跨跨中标高的影响系数。结果表明:现有工艺条件下的制索精度无法满足标记点对位架设的精度要求;主缆弹性模量、索股自重、温度及桥塔偏位对各跨主缆线形有不同程度的影响,主缆弹性模量偏大时,各跨线形偏低,对中跨跨中标高的影响系数约为-0.1100 m/%;索股自重偏大时,中跨跨中标高偏低,影响系数约为-0.0941 m/(kN·m);温度越低,跨中标高越高,对中跨跨中标高的影响系数约为-6.266 cm/℃;桥塔纵向偏向某跨时,该跨线形偏低,桥塔塔顶标高变高时,相邻两跨线形偏高。Based on the Shenzhong Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the factors influencing the main cable configuration of the long-span suspension bridge are analyzed,aiming to find ways to improve the erection accuracy of the main cables.With the measured data of existing bridges at home and abroad,the actual manufacturing accuracy of the main cables using the currently available techniques is analyzed.A finite element model of the bridge was established in BNLAS,to analyze the related factors,including the elastic modulus of main cables,self-weight of constituent strands,temperature and pylon deviations,and the influence coefficients of various factors to the elevations of main cables at midspan of both side and main spans.The results demonstrate that the main cable manufacturing accuracy of the current techniques does not reach the accuracy requirements of the para-position installation.The factors being analyzed exert different extent of influence on the configuration of main cables in each span,when the elastic modulus of the main cables are relatively greater,the alignment of main cables in each span are relatively lower,resulting in an influence coefficient of-0.1100 m/%to the elevations of main cables at the midspan of main span.When the self-weight of main cable strands is relatively greater,the elevations of the main cables at the midspan of main span is relatively lower,creating an influence coefficient of-0.0941 m/(kN·m).The elevations of the main cables at the midspan of each span is in inverse proportion to the temperature,with an influence coefficient of-6.266 cm/℃to the elevations of main cables at the midspan of main span.When the pylon leans longitudinally to a span,the alignment of the main cables in this span is relatively lower.When the pylon-top elevation is increased,the alignments of the main cables in the two adjacent spans are relatively higher.
