石灰石煅烧窑窑灰制备轻质碳酸钙的研究

摘  要:以本钢石灰石矿白灰作业区的竖窑窑灰和回转窑窑灰为原料,在对原料窑灰进行粒级分布、粒径分析、热重分析等基础上,采用饱和熟石灰碳化法制备轻质碳酸钙。分别研究了鼓泡方式、消化温度、搅拌速度等参数对轻质碳酸钙产品粒径和形貌的影响。研究表明,通入CO_(2)速率为0.13 m^(3)/s,鼓泡方式为分散鼓泡,回转窑窑灰的最佳消化温度为20℃,竖窑窑灰的最佳消化温度为60℃,搅拌速度为300 r/min时,竖窑窑灰制得的轻质碳酸钙粒径为10μm左右,回转窑窑灰制得的轻质碳酸钙粒径为5μm左右,搅拌速度升高时,制得的轻质碳酸钙产品粒径减小。在此条件下,两种不同原料制备的方解石轻质碳酸钙产品大多呈立方体状晶体,组合后形成各种不同形状。In this study,shaft kiln ash and rotary kiln ash from limestone calcination workshop in limestone mine of Benxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.were used as raw materials,and on the basis of particle size classification,particle size analysis and thermogravimetric analysis,light calcium carbonate was prepared by saturated hydrated lime carbonization method.The effects of bubbling mode,digestion temperature and stirring speed on the particle size and morphology of light calcium carbonate were studied respectively.The results show that the rate of introducing carbon dioxide is 0.13 m^(3)/s,the bubbling mode is dispersed bubbling,the optimal digestion temperature of rotary kiln ash is 20℃,and the optimal digestion temperature of vertical kiln ash is 60℃.When the stirring speed is 300 r/min,the particle size of light calcium carbonate made from the ash of vertical kiln is about 10μm,and that made from the ash of rotary kiln is about 5μm.When the stirring speed increases,the particle size of calcium carbonate products decreases.Under these conditions,calcite calcium carbonate products prepared from two different raw materials are mostly cubic crystals,which are combined to form various shapes.
