天津市环境基础设施发展水平测度及提升策略研究

摘　　要：构建天津市环境基础设施发展水平综合评价指标体系,采用Topsis评价方法对2012—2022年天津市环境基础设施发展水平相关数据进行测度。研究发现,天津市环境基础设施发展水平稳步增长,除绿色资源利用因子以外,绿色环境保护、绿色经济发展、绿色人文社会、绿色新型环保等指标均呈上升趋势。建议天津市进一步加强环境基础设施建设,推进创新发展,提高综合服务能力。According to the development of environmental infrastructure in Tianjin,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established,and the Topsis evaluation method was used to measure the data of Tianjin from 2012 to 2022.The study finds that the development level of environmental infrastructure in Tianjin has grown steadily,and except the green resource utilization factor,green environmental protection,green economic development,green humanistic society,and green new environmental protection are all on the rise.Therefore,it is suggested that Tianjin should further strengthen the construction of environmental infrastructure,promote innovative development,and improve its comprehensive service capacity.
